AIM FAMILY UPDATES
8th GRADE FAMILIES
Refer a New Family to Art In Motion!
From March 15th - April 23rd, ALL Art In Motion families and students can win
with our new referral program!
This week teachers emailed important letters addressing students who are currently off track in one or more class. We are nearing the end of the school year, and the goal is to ensure all of our students are promoted to the next grade. Teachers are working diligently to ensure that success is achieved; however, we need students' and parents' support to make it a reality. If a student is off track in any course, they are highly encouraged to use Spring Break to catch up!
Be advised; teachers will not be available to respond to student or parent inquiries March 29-April 4. If you have questions regarding your child's progress, please do not hesitate to reach out for support starting Monday, April 5th.
Contact your child's teacher and/or mentor to follow-up - staff emails are here on our website. Remember, all families have 24/7 access to Summit Learning and Synergy to monitor student progress daily:
AIM Educational Multiverse AIM is dedicated to building a strong educational experience for both our Roomies (those who will be coming on campus in April) and our Zoomies (those who will learn remotely). We call our concurrent model the AIM Multiverse, a way of providing high quality, equitable educational experiences for all of our students. Be sure to contact the Student Support office if you have any questions or need assistance with our shift to the Multiverse.
April Return To Campus Families Be sure to familiarize yourself with the Student & Family Expectation Video, Expectation Presentation, and Parent Facing Document. It's important we are all on the same page with expectations in order to build an engaging and safe learning environment come April 12.
If your family or student needs a doctor, contact our partners at Angel Harvey Family Health Clinic!
Let them know you are from Art In Motion. They are taking appointments!
